We process your name, address and contact details, order details and shipping information in order to prepare and process your order from order to delivery.

The processing is necessary to fulfill our contract with you. The personal data is retained for 7 years in accordance with applicable laws on bookkeeping and financial reporting, thereafter, your personal data is deleted.

When visiting our website, we process your IP-adress, data about your visit and use of the site, as well as data about your device specifics (operating system and screen size) through the use of cookies.

Functional cookies

Functional cookies are s.c. required cookies that cannot be refused. They provide critical functionality for the website to work as it should (e.g. for the cart to remember the items you place in the cart).

Analytical cookies

Analytical cookies collect statistical information on how you interact with our website in order for us to understand how our website is used and how we can improve it. These cookies are placed on your device only where you gave your consent.

When reaching out to us, we process your name and contact details, order information (if applicable) and any other information you chose to provide in the course of communication. We retain the collected data for as long as necessary to resolve your inquiry and for an additional period of up to two (2) years, should there be any troubles down the line.

We process your e-mail address in order to deliver news and updates of our products and services. Our legal basis for this processing is your consent, and you can opt-out anytime using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each e-mail.

We process your order information and analytical information on how you browse our website in order to understand which of our products and pages that are popular, as well as those that are not. This processing is necessary for our legitimate interest to analyze and improve our business, products, and services.

We process your contact details, order information and any other data that may be relevant when necessary to establish, defend or enforce legal claims.

We receive personal data you provide to us when placing an order, communicate with us or otherwise visit our website (through the use of cookies).

We receive personal data from our payment service providers (payment status) as well as our logistics partners (delivery status).

We use carefully selected suppliers of IT systems and cloud services to support our business. These suppliers work on our behalf and are bound by contract to use personal data only in accordance with our instructions.

We share your name, contact details and delivery address with our logistics partner DHL, for them to process shipping and delivery of your order. They act as an independent data controller when performing delivery services. For more information on how they process your personal data, please reach out to DHL.

When placing an order, your payment details will be processed by the selected payment partner and may vary depending on your choice (Klarna, Swish, or Stripe, in case of card payments). Each payment service provider will process your personal data in accordance with their respective privacy notices.

We never process your payment details, other than confirmations on payments (“successful” or “denied”).

Because it’s your personal data, the law gives you rights allowing you to have insight and exercise control over our use of your personal data. The applicability and extent of these rights vary depending on the specific processing situation, but always gives you the right to information about how your personal data is being used. You have the right to get confirmation on whether or not we are processing personal data about you, and information about the personal data, why we’re using it, how it is shared, and for how long we store it. If you want, you can also get a copy of the personal data we have about you.

This is the case for example where the personal data is no longer necessary given the purposes it was collected for, or if you withdraw a consent you have given, and we don’t have any other legal reason to keep the personal data.

You always have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a Swedish company, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (in Swedish; Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, “IMY”) is our supervisory authority. You also have the right to seek a remedy from a national court.

When our use of your personal data is based on your consent or on a contract, you have the right to ask us to transfer, where technically feasible, the personal data we have about you to you or to another company of your choice (“data portability”).

At any given time, you have the right to withdraw any given consents to our use of your personal data, such as your consent to receiving our newsletter.
