We, Edentun Trading AB org. nr 559459-5976, Smögen, Sweden ("TWS Detailing", "we", "us" or "our") are a tiny company located in the west coast of Sweden.

All items on this site are listed with its price including VAT. In your shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. We accept payments through Klarna, Swish, and card payments. Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart depending on the chosen payment method.

A completed order means that you accept these terms of conditions and that your placed order is binding, meaning you commit to purchasing the ordered products.

Once you have completed your order, you will shortly receive an automatic order confirmation to the provided email confirming that we have received your order. Always verify that your order confirmation is correct and contact us if you experience any discrepancies or have not received any order confirmation.

The order confirmation is not a receipt for a completed order and therefore not a binding confirmation from us that delivery will be possible. In isolated cases, the order may need to be changed, and therefore we reserve the right to, if necessary, correct received orders if delivery cannot be made (e.g., clearance sales and inventory discrepancies) and cancel a paid order if it is clearly placed incorrectly (e.g., you accidentally bought more products than what is approved in a specific offer or if the specified price is clearly incorrect/typographical error, e.g., obviously incorrect pricing of a product).

We only have the ability to deliver products that we have available in stock. In the event that we are unable to deliver one or more products in your placed order, they will be removed from your order. If we are unable to deliver a product, you will be promptly informed, and any amount paid will be refunded without delay. If your purchase initially qualified for free shipping, you will, of course, not be charged any shipping costs despite the change in order content. Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to handle back-ordered items (partial deliveries), meaning we cannot send the undelivered product at a later time. However, you are welcome to check back later to see if the product is available. 

After receiving and confirming your order, your order will be processed within 1-4 days. Deliveries are made with DHL. Free shipping on orders over 1200 SEK. However, this does not apply to orders where the total weight exceeds 20kg.

When the order has been dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation which serves as your receipt.

For any returns, please reach out to info@twsdetailing.se. In your inquiry, please refer to your order number. The order number is found in the order confirmation email.

According to the Distance Contracts Act (law (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises), you have the right to cancel your purchase ("ångerrätt") within 14 days without stating any reason when shopping remotely (e.g. online). The withdrawal period starts the day after you have received your item.

The item you wish to cancel your purchase of must be unused and in new condition, but you have the right to carefully open the packaging and examine the item to see its characteristics and function. Be cautious, if the item or packaging has been handled carelessly and if labels have been removed, we reserve the right to make a deduction for the actual decrease in value.

The item shall be returned to TWS Detailing within 14 days of your notice of a return.

Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or you received the wrong items.

For shipments that have not been collected and have not been canceled but have been returned to us, a fee of 300 SEK including VAT will be charged to cover shipping, return shipping, and administration.
